These PPL hire blindly irrespective of the profile . The management is clueless . Only bootlickers and politics playing PPL can survive here . No career growth can be expected. Projects are very poor here nothing can be learnt from it. Mangers think themselves as god . People with zero knowledge about manager positions are hired as managers who think they are the Don of the team . Employees who laugh at their jokes constantly giggle around them for no reasons are given benefits and appraisal .
