Its a great company, have learnt so many things. Work culture is great, wonderful work life balance. Good benifits , only pinch point is salary is less than the median.

Dislikes

Salary is the only point, but since salary is not everything in a professional life I am happy. I enjoy my work and feel safe.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
