Likes

Very good job security, objectives are pretty relaxed and don't put a lot of pressure for a achieving them. In the past they would send to France or US for training over 2yrs. Insurance and vacation are pretty good.

Dislikes

Rigid hierarchies and policies. Growth and opportunities will depend on network rather than performance. As it is low pressure job, not very good benefits. Even if you perform highly, there is not a lot of benefits financially. Salary wise at slightly lower than median of India. Definitely not a money spinner. Indian hub, work is only on deployment rather than true R&D. You cannot work any new tech or ideas. Development is localised to France....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
