Very good experienced work with Mj Life Style Marketing Global Pvt Ltd.I got daily new experiences with new people working in Mi Life Style.All teams are developing with proper traning. Giving full time and hard work is necessary to sucess in this company.

Dislikes

There is no payment basis in this company.It is totaly commission basis.It is very difficult to choice quality person who is able to get skillfull leadership quality.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
