I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

The Hierarchy format of calling your superiors by sir and ma'am. Those who are 15-20 years into the system have lot of unsupervised ego. This hierarchy system must be abolished.

Hr supports employee in terms of all .and we get knowledge directly from Top management like CDO, so this clearly helps everyone to understand and get align with company objective.So growth with learning is indeed great

In initial years, the work culture was good and since I used to work in partnership Distribution channel, business generation was done by the bank employees

small finance bank doesn't have a good customer base it affected my goalsheet as well. HR misuse there powers and without any specific they are going to transfer you. New Managers are pathetic. My Manager Vishank Dhabade and Rahul Neekhra were least knowledgeable person with good designation. Not only this, HR Roshi Parmar is the worst HR I ever known. Without any specific reason, she transferred me from the partnership distribution channel(Indore location and it is similar to Banca channel) to the agency channel (Bangalore location). Everything, They are following the hire and fire concept. My manager and HR were very rude and they would talk harshly to me. They'll make work on fields and would treat u like a slave.. It was my first job and my experience was terrible. Goodluck ok your journey

Managers call after working hours for that reason personal life effected kindly request to stop outside working meeting & call after office time. They will call office at 6:30 PM only for reporting ,female staffs are not comfortable to reached at that time .
