Its been 2 years since I have joined Mfine.I am very happy to be part of mfine family.Since it had brought the health care system to door steps which is more useful,convenient,staisfactory and mainly in this covid 19 situation to the patient and healthcare system too,where indirectly the burden has reduce and panic has been reduced and brings reassurance to the patients.Being a doctor I never though that one day we can see the patients through online and guide them accordingly .But mfine made it possible where you can get access to all the top specialist from all over INDIA for all speciality.Which is more convenient,economic and tention free . Coming to the job security ,you are doing your work sincerely,obediently and smartly with following all the rules where the motto is to give 100% care to the patient and bring justice to the case where their concern is met and where the whole consultation is satisfactory and helpful to patient ,then you need to worry regarding the security ,since its secured . Work culture is really good with best senior Doctors to guide us and cooperative colleagues. Coming to management ,they are understanding and helpful always. In this covid situation they have given the provision to work from home at convenience through out the process ,constantly supporting the employees which made us and family tention free and more convenient to take care of the family members too. When many of our family members diagnosed with COVID 19 positive ,emotionally I was very week and shattered .I consulted multiple specialist from mfine to all of them where senior Dr consoled and guided me to take care of them at home .With their constant guidance was able to treat them which made me realise that how lucky we are to have mfine and more luckier to be a part of it and proud too.
