As an intern I can assure you that the environment they provide is health and not stressful. They conduct one meeting only for 1 hr per day in the starting weeks and whenever required, to build a strong foundation as well as to clear doubts. Here, the sub head of business development and sales department is exceptionally friendly and I can reach out to her anytime for help. I enjoy working at Metvy because of the incredible work culture. The environment here is dynamic, and the people are genuinely warm and supportive. Collaboration is encouraged, and I love how everyone's ideas are valued, which makes it a great place for personal and professional growth.

There's really not much to dislike, but sometimes the fast-paced nature of the work can be challenging. However, it's also what keeps things exciting and offers constant opportunities to learn and grow.

Unprofessional, unethical, too much work load, No stipend, takes meetings at 10pm at night. Tiring, No holiday, No employee motivation, No proper training, No room for improvement, No room for learning new things, HR managers talk to employees like we're sIaves, If you're a student this internship will ruin your career as they say you only need to give 4 hours but the work takes entire day to complete. HR managers at metvy especially the "Kunal Wadhwan" talks like he is a king not a manager, his tone of talking to us is disrespectful & uncomfortable. He says there will be no day-off will be given during exams but during they said they will give. Metvy is just a not a good company.
