1) From day 1 you feel working with small company. Infact it is small unit size only in Coimbatore. 2) You can clearly notice micro management every day. 3) Managers and leads are very rude and sometimes do blackmail also !!! 4) Politics and Favourism is common behavour. If you are honest person, do expect some recognition for yourhard work done, you will definitely not gonna get it. 5) Not at all employee friendly. 6) Budget constraints for all. Not proper chair, headphone and other small things.. 7) Leaves will not be granted even if you have plenty of leaves in your account!! 8) Manager and lead treats indian people as disrespectful and foreign people are GOD Conclusion:: Most of them are SOMBU THOOKIES (try to find meaning in english).
