I've been with this company for a while, and I've noticed a concerning trend in the management. It appears that only employees who are close to the country head receive substantial support and opportunities without asking. We've seen instances where individuals who dared to express differing views from the Country Head were terminate d within a week be careful with him. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Their HR systems are poorly managed, and what's worse is that the HR team frequently crosses boundaries by discussing employees' personal lives</mark>. I hope the company realizes the necessity of having a skilled HR Manager who can foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure the well-being of its employees.
