The delivery head of IT department is not qualified and capable enough to handle the department , he is biased with employee when giving recognisation , salary hike , promotion he will play politics and make the employee fight with each other , to get his things done . he is never on time yet asks everyone to be punctual force impossible timeline to complete project , which will distroy your weekends and yet he will not recognise your efforts. worst company that i have worked with , I regret my decision....Read More

The Reporting Manager, Jim (real name Lingeshan), lacked professionalism in his communication, especially with female employees. He stifled new ideas and strategies and his assistant managers seemed unwilling to challenge him. Sales targets were unreasonably high—300 calls and 150 emails per day—reminiscent of a call center. There were no salary increments, and daily stand-up meetings and excessive micromanagement stifled productivity. The disconnect between the Bangalore branch and the US team suggests a lack of oversight. I advise anyone considering a role at MetroMax, particularly in sales, to look elsewhere. I've been with this company for a while, and I've noticed a concerning trend in the management. It appears that only employees who are close to the country head receive substantial support and opportunities without asking. We've seen instances where individuals who dared to express differing views from the Country Head were terminated within a week be careful with him. Their HR systems are poorly managed, and what's worse is that the HR team frequently crosses boundaries by discussing employees' personal lives. I hope the company realizes the necessity of having a skilled HR Manager who can foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure the well-being of its employees.
