The culture of work is a bit good because here everyone is concerned about themselves.

Dislikes

There is a lot of favoritism here. because all the people working in the store are working in the office at a senior level.The number of educated people is very less. Because of this, these people are not able to understand the employees who come from outside.

Overall the company is good except for the E-commerce department. Company is trying to build good culture and automation but facing hurdles due to reluctant nature of some employees and manual intervention of old processes.

Dislikes

The moment you join the E-commerce department, your career graph will start moving sideways or downwards and you will be stuck with no growth whatsoever, all thanks to the manager & GM. They don't care about the team's operations, challenges and are not clear with their own expectations but will expect you to do everything & beyond.Forget about getting support from them, they will make you a scapegoat in front of management if anything goes wrong. Their Egos are bigger than their IQ. Micromanagement is at next level. If you are joining Kirti Joshi's team, run for your life. She has zero manager skills and will just keep shouting on everyone to get the work done. You are expected to be available 24×7, no weekends, no holidays. 8-9 employees have already left because of her in last few months. No appreciation or credit for your work & achievements, they will ask for justification even after 100% performance achievement and then will provide some nonsensical reason to give you 2-3% appraisal. Anyone who joins here will be looking out for another job in the first 6 months but will be stuck due to 2-3 months of notice period.
