Job Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Process the payment requests, ensuring that all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring disputes are resolved promptly and that terms and payment schedules are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies when making payments.
- Monitor the collection of outstanding invoices and ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Prepared financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and conduct reconciliations.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Ensure all receipts and payments are accurately recorded in the company's accounting systems.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that the accounts payable and receivable ledgers match the bank statements.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the bank reconciliation process.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements include TDS, GST, & Profession Tax, etc.
- Also to take care of Insurance Including Medical, Travel & other General Insurance.
- Provide regular financial & Taxation MIS reports to senior management.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime & Microsoft Tolls is a prime requirement.
