Only job security and health insurance is good. Apart from this, nothing else is good here.

Unorganised company with poor management skills. Gradually everything is changing and you have to sign service agreement for lot of things.

Not that great. I plan and commit something to the client and in between I'm assigned something else. In order to deliver both, i have to work extra hours. Managers logout on time and i have to go extra mile to make things go correctly.

They mostly have night shifts which is stressful and want employees to sign a service agreement for 2 yrs which indirectly means they wan you to work like a slave. The HR team have always been rude and think that they are life makers. Please ensure to join which doesn't ask for a service agreement who have faith in you.
