I have been working with Metriqe from last 5.5 years and one thing i will say for sure that it's employee friendly organization and they take lot of efforts in making a every employee friendly job culture The work culture and environment id very good, excellent place to work for those who are self motivated and self driven. 1).Candidate Hiring-Hiring the right candidate is very important. The candidate has to be trainable or self driven and curious to learn. Its a make or break situation if the right candidates for the role are not hired. Respective accounting training will be provided with the concept to understand about the process what we are doing. Metriqe will ensure the employees are performing their work after understanding the concept what they are doing it on the daily basis.
