I have been working with Metriqe from last 5.5 years and one thing i will say for sure that it's employee friendly organization and they take lot of efforts in making a every employee friendly job culture The work culture and environment id very good, excellent place to work for those who are self motivated and self driven. Any ideas to improve to process are welcomed. every individual is valued. Employees are given ample opportunities to explore and settle down in role that encourages and motivated them. 1).Candidate Hiring-Hiring the right candidate is very important. The candidate has to be trainable or self driven and curious to learn. Its a make or break situation if the right candidates for the role are not hired. The leadership should also encourage employee to take different roles within organization. 2).Retention Policy- This should have more fair, many good resources are leaving company and not getting any attention after they resigned, need to have more discussions to retain them....Read More

Respective accounting training will be provided with the concept to understand about the process what we are doing.
