Great job security, good work culture & management, company policies are good, although Salary & appraisals are not at par with industry standards for existing employees, although new joiners might be able to get higher remuneration.

Depends on your assigned Line of business & assigned projects, but on the job learning & career growth can be slow for some.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to manage project financials. I have to look after project financials, working closely with program/project managers, schedule daily review meetings, prepare reports as well as manage day to day yield operations.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

MetLife GOSC is a support center to support MetLife USA hence the quality if work is not satisfying. One can only get the left over work or work with no major value addition.

Management listens to your concerns and will address them even if it takes time. Good Work-Life Balance in most projects but sometimes you have to stretch. Hyderabad Center is growing & getting more Machine Learning projects

Infrastructure wise it's way behind when compared to peers. Lot of scrutiny even for a simple library installation. Legacy-based systems.
