Work culture is good and supportive team mates and you can skill up from their own portal because there are several tech videos. Lots of fun activities are there.So basically i must say this is CMMI level 5 company.

I learnt so much here. I got a chance wear multiple hats that helped me to learn new skills. Training team always pushed to learn new skills. There are training session held for like: ISTQB foundation course by Vipul Cocher. Work life is Balanced.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

Management listens to your concerns and will address them even if it takes time. Good Work-Life Balance in most projects but sometimes you have to stretch. Hyderabad Center is growing & getting more Machine Learning projects

Infrastructure wise it's way behind when compared to peers. Lot of scrutiny even for a simple library installation. Legacy-based systems.
