Work from Home or Hybrid in MetLife GOSC

Hi! How flexible is the work from office or hybrid model is in the MetLife Noida 144 office. Does the company allow employees to work from home? I'm still in the final decision phase with the HR. I'd like to work from home if such a time comes and my family needs me to stay home. If you can share your personal experience working with MetLife team, that'll be great!
