- company doesn’t have Medical insurance
- PF is optional which EMployers part will be taken from your salary
- be ready to get your notice period increased on the fly during your service.
- one boss n hitler kind of management
- punjabi domination
- to take leave u need to do PHD
- HR are puppets
- no perks all included in your salary which makes you look your getting a good package.
- discuss on your salary part clearly the most kanjus company even one rupee they try to earn from you.
- no parking will be provided you need to run out to save your vehicles
- forget about on sites if you go it will be just for a week n tiresome
- the company irritates you by creating a whatsapp group n even in mid night you will get messages.
- the company doesn’t have any licensed communicator uses free Skype to communicate
- with very very less interaction to the client u need to work.

A bare perusal of the feedback indicates that it has been made with the intent of defaming the organization and hurting its reputation. The language is thoroughly malicious, defamatory and unsubstantiated with the intent to mislead prospective employees. We are genuinely concerned.
It is further disturbing to note that you are one of us holding such deep grudges and misguided beliefs about the organization. Our employees take great pride in being part of the Merkur Gaming India team. We follow a democratic and participative leadership style and it is exemplified by our “employee first and employee-friendly” policies and this definitely hurts the team spirit of those who continue to work hard towards building a positive workplace culture.
Speaking of growth, we place a huge emphasis on continual learning. To that end, we provide employees with Professional Development workshops, training courses —whatever inspires curiosity and develops abilities.
We offer numerous rewards and benefits to our employees – including but not limited to medical insurance, health care drives, wellness programs (in-house yoga classes and gym) flexible, reasonable work-from-home arrangements whenever possible, cultural and sports clubs and, of course, spectacular parties and annual team retreats.
We offer competitive pay and benefits as per Industry standards, but we always look for ways to reward those who stand out among their peers and demonstrate true dedication. We also appreciate loyalty, and we show it with anniversary awards like cash rewards for long-term service for 3 years, 5 years and 7 years and Star of the Quarter Award. In fact, we are proud to state that we have a very low employee attrition rate. Many of our staff have been with us almost since the inception.
People are our most valuable asset and to show that we care, the organization sponsors the health coverage plans (medical insurance) for all employees. We can proudly say that we have the lowest attrition rate in the industry.
