Furthermore, we provide avenues to reach individual career goals while fulfilling the company's mission which includes timely performance appraisals i.e. transparent, fair, and meaningful, advancements in terms of work, and opportunities to move up the hierarchy.
If you feel you are unable to take charge of your career, please free to speak to your reporting manager or the HR team and they will counsel and guide you. If you feel, you have anything to say to the top management, we follow an ‘open door’ policy.
Please do remember that performance appraisal decisions are based on merits and the initiatives undertaken by the employee. Therefore, volunteer for challenges, like serving on special projects and cross-functional teams that open you up to new possibilities.
We do follow an 8-hour work rule but we also offer flexible working hours to fit with other commitments (come late or depart early). More information on this can be sought from the HR team. Plus, we have a short leave facility and a couple of late arrival exemptions. We also offer numerous rewards and benefits to our employees – including but not limited to medical insurance, health care drives, wellness programs (in-house yoga classes and gym) flexible, reasonable work-from-home arrangements whenever possible, cultural and sports clubs and, of course, spectacular parties and annual team retreats. Our employees enjoy these recreational activities during office hours.
