The only purpose it's serving is misrepresenting the company's culture and maligning its reputation in front of prospective employees. We value your time, but in such cases, details hold precedence over time so that the company can clearly understand your point of view. Secondly, we have a systematic communication channel within the company and a complementing open-door policy that enables every employee to approach their reporting manager, the HR team and even the top management without hesitation.
