The way the team is supportive to each other at workplace and the understanding amongst everybody is fab. Fooling in the name of research analyst. Job role is not at all of a research analyst instead it's tele research analyst. An employee is supposed to get information on call. Poor Mumbai management, where they can't take decisions on their own and have to rely on Chennai team. No job security at all. You will never know when they w ill throw you out of the company with no good reason. In a year 7-8 employees were removed. Non achievable incentive structure. Less salary. Lack of decision making power at Mumbai office. Poor infrastructure in office. Rats in cafeteria. Poor working AC. No motivation at all.
