Job Summary :

As part of our engineering team, the ColdFusion Developer will take part in the development and evolution of one of our key Consumer Goods software products. The candidate must have good experience with agile development practices such as Scrum or XP.

As a member of a Scrum team, the candidate will work on all development activities such as analysis, design, programming, and testing. The ability to effectively communicate with people is essential. Development activities are performed remotely.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain ColdFusion-based applications, ensuring the systems meet business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather and refine technical requirements and user stories.

- Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented ColdFusion code, following industry best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

- Solid experience creating pixel-perfect, responsive, performant web pages.

- Create custom, branded styles that align with the overall design system.

- Write clean, modular, reusable CSS following best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implementing fixes or enhancements as needed to support lifecycle improvements.

- Perform regular code reviews to ensure consistency, security, and adherence to coding standards across the team.

- Stay informed on the latest ColdFusion trends and suggest process or technology improvements.

- Participate in Agile project planning and estimation, providing technical insights regarding the feasibility, effort, and potential risks of development efforts.

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project and product managers, regarding project status, risks, and technical challenges.

- Ensure comprehensive testing of code before deployment, following quality assurance guidelines to ensure solutions meet both functional and performance standards.

- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on code, processes, and workflows to facilitate future development and troubleshooting.
