Nothing, pathetic organisation, didn’t give my salary & expenses for a year and fired me in the crucial time when I needed the money the most.

Everything, the company doesn’t value their employees, their HR’s don’t know how to deal with the employees.

The best thing is my senior, my boss. Work culture is good in my vertical. Overall company is good in terms of growth, experience and exposer.

The pressure of system , compliance of many regulations n system is very terrible some time

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
