• Role & responsibilities

Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning

• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
• Assess and record students progress and provide grades and feedback
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Observe and understand students behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
• Assist students in enhancing their English-speaking skills
• Train students in compering/hosting events

Requirement

• Well-organized and committed to work for the children from the underprivileged section of the society and ready to work in a Day-Boarding School set-up.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and should have zeal, sound moral values and dedication to serve the weaker section of the society.
• Be active, creative and energetic
• PG Degree in teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education as per the CBSE requirements.
• Should be flexible enough to adhere to the timings of the school i.e. 08 AM to 04 PM.
• The candidate should not be involved in taking any coaching classes or private tuitions. The candidate should have indepth knowledge of his/her subject and use very clear and easy-to-understand teaching methodologies
