Itsbeen pleasure working with the firm..... No doubt there are some flaws faults but it is a very good option for learning.... Management is very bad (Mumbai) HR doesn't want it return employee who want to work again in company. they give false feedback against them. they thought company is belong to them. Management (HR) is for only senior people not for junior. Political culture

I didn't like anything there. It is a one man army driven company. The owner takes all decisions which is based on the fake inputs by the Head.

Dislikes

No ethical conduct or studies, 90 vagues data is presented. The clinical head is the main culprit for fabricated data. He doesn't have any knowledge of clinical trials still he being made head. All unethical work are done by him and also pressurize employees to so. Better to be jobless rather than working here.
