Management is very bad (Mumbai) HR ( Varsha Bendigiri ) doesn't want it return employee who want to work again in company. they give false feedback against them. they thought company is belong to them. Management (HR) is for only senior people not for junior. Political culture

Employees are unclear about their roles and responsibilities for years Diplomatic heads are perceived as unsupportive of their team members. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Meril, and I can confidently say that it is not a place where you can learn or grow professionally. The entire HR department lacks the basic skills and knowledge required to run an effective HR function. There is a noticeable absence of professionalism, and instead, the environment isfull of office politics. The HR leadership is not proactive or competent, with many heads showing up after 11:00 am and hardly demonstrating any sense of urgency or responsibility.
