Great infrastructure and set up. Promoters are having noble vision and mission.

Pethatic management and useless HR . Mostly off role employees are in to the system particularly in Endo surgery division. Compromised candidates are working there and they are taking in due advantage and they are ruining the business.That's why Meril-endo surgery is struggling in the market place. Don't join Meril-endo endo surgery division.

I had worked as a regional sales manager inmeril endo surgery division at Ahmedabad HQ. Except my role I have done all nonsense and stupid jobs over there due to poor top management.

In Endosurgery division moat of the people are incompetent and compromised.Majority of team hired from off role so they don't know the proper working norms and SOP's.No compliance and Pathetic HR.
