Top management, 0 job security, they can ATL anyone even after 4 years without giving logical reason. Strategy of partners and top management remains the same of chucking out people without any reason. This company cannot grow with such attitude and need to understand that they are not Amazon, EY or Flipkart that employees are dyingto join them. Pathetic company and pathetic management. Not an organisation to work for. I am a person with senior position and mark my words (to all the job seekers). This one is a big time torture and one should not be in it.
