Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• S/he will be fully conversant with the nature, use and analysis of financial statements and operating data from businesses

. • S/he will have skills and experience in carrying out budgeting and planning exercises, variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted expenses) and delivering relevant financial and analytical support. • S/he will have skills and experience in preparing cash flow forecast taking into account revenues and costs especially AP/AR cycles, generating financial projections, conduct margin analysis and recommend measures to performance.

• S/he will provide leadership in evaluating our clients financial performance, developing financial planning processes and conducting analysis, structuring SOPs, carrying out risk and sensitivity analysis. This will also include implementing policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial controls.

• S/he will have skills and experience to analyse macroeconomic and industry environment, data from financial markets and analyse operational and financial data from businesses to create financial projections, business plans and valuation for raising capital and other strategic purposes.

• S/he will have skills and experience in managing operational (non-financial) data of businesses (e.g., database of products, consumers, sales order, inventory, customer feedback) with the objective of providing clients support and insights on business processes as well as performance.

• S/he will front-end the services and work with the CXOs and top management team of our clients.

Qualification: • CA or MBA (Finance) from top institutes in India or abroad • CFA (or pursuing)

Skills • Advanced Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Knowledge of accounting software • Excellent communication skills • Working knowledge of any programming language, data analysis software and visualisation software/tools will be a plus
