This company is good for fresh graduate. You can learn lots of new skills in foundry, quality and machining process.

Dislikes

Safety is very bad. No PPEs provide from companies side and working hours is almost 12 hrs. Increament is very less.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-24 hours straight in a day as I have attended workers, sometimes late inti night. Managers do not value an individual strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
