They will encourage and appreciate our work and make us work for more amount of time. They sometimes ask to come even on Sundays. They will not pay for that extra time. We have to work for extra hours everyday. But they will not pay for it. They treat you like slavs as they feel that they are paying you, but ignore that we are working for them. We should not use mobiles inside the office during and also after work hours. It will be like a school and we are students. We should not talk to girls. You will definitely lose your independence. There will be 8CLs and some 16ELs, but you will not be able to use them. They will not give permission to use them. There will be no holidays for Christian and Muslim festivals. You have to use ELs / CLs. Increment will be given every FOUR years. They just use you to serve their need for a lower salary. If we ask for an increment they will not give you. They will look for a person who works for the same salary and they will make you resign(using different techniques). Managers here wish that the employees should fear about them to follow their orders. But they don't know that the ultimate fear comes from respect towards them. The managers/management are uncivilized, orthodox and very protective of their positions. They don't know how to treat people. Conclusion: If you are a below average (talent) person and not finding any other job and not expecting any growth financially and if you need hyderabad location and don't want to use your brain and just follow your manager's orders like a tamed dog barking that your manager is great and don't care about dignity and if you want to do the same routine work, this is the ultimate best option for you. If you are talented then ask 40% more on the salary you are expecting as there will be no increments for four years.
