Most of the employee may be feeling there is a great job security in Megha Engineering and Infrastrures Ltd.Teammates are from different culture background and work happily each other. Salary and other compansations are very good.

Dislikes

Compensation was very high and also growth is very good but some departments middle managements describe and no encouragement to under level employees like politics exept my department..

Company is south based company and here is no job security or any benifit for north people's as well political company, only plus in this company that you'll get salary on time.

Dislikes

Noting is likable, no working culture, politics too much, good if having good reference with senior having from south, they can kick anytime, increment after 2 years, leave if pm approved no emergency leave, and many more things.
