I don't like their rules and they force us to work even in sunday no holidays. Staff are worst especially the AM and project manager. I've worked in Shamir pet Hyderabad meil branch in water pipeline project

Wrost company there is no notice period and they are trying to shutdown the company so please don't join in megha engineering infrastructure limited (MEIL)

No proper information... Provides the employees and on August 2024 they are removed 5000 employees from the company without any intimation

I like working part of megha family. But unfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what'shappening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling . "Megha Engineering Infrastructure Ltd. company does not have a fixed time frame for increments. As per company rules, increments are supposed to happen every 2 years, but in reality, they happen every 3 years, which is not confirmed. Additionally, there is no limit to the annual amount of Arrears and it's uncertain when it will be paid. If you leave the company before receiving the Arrears payment, the company will not provide it. "There is no guarantee of promotion in MEIL company. The positive thing in MEIL as below: 1. Salary on time 2.Job Security 3. If you work on 4 sunday ,2 leaves extra you will get. 4. Benefit for working near to home. 5. Sufficient staff given for working. 6. No working on public or company holidays

1. No promotion and increment from start till 2.5 years, after 2.5 years the appraisal form will process. 2. Avg. working culture 3. For Engineers ,in one room three peoples adjust. 4. Poor mess facility. 5. Yearly only 25 leaves for each employees. 6. In and out both punching is compulsory at site level as well. 7. Poor safety culture in Highway projects. 8.
