The company will give no increment till 3 years. And when they give they will give only 7 to 8%.... Plus once we give you letter the accrued increment for earlier years will not be paid till 14 months. Technically you will not get any benefit till 3 years in the company. There is hardly any youth in the company because the youngsters the youth will not accept such kind of a company and would not like to continue the attrition rate is very high. They make you work on Saturdays also and there is no option for work from home even if you are very sick. This company will not allow you to take / avail earned leaves in the first one year of your employment. - thats terrible. All the other companies will pay you bonus within 3 months of year closing. For example if the year ends in March other companies pay you bonus by July but this company will pay you bonus in the month of October end. The salary every month paid after 8 th of the month. Other companies give 12 public holidays in your but this company will give only 8. Other company will give you more than 18 earned leaves or privilege leaves in a year but this company will give 15 or less. If you join this company ultimately you will get frustrated and irritated and would eventually leave. The HR of the company has started saying lies to the candidates in order to onboard them or do not tell all the facts. Even after requesting several Times the HR will never share with you the human resource policy of the company because they do not want you to discover what benefits and employee is eligible for. Hikes never come on time if your lucky your 1 st hike can happen in 3-4 years also based on when you joined. Here employees are just treated as tools no respect for the employees from top level. On top of that you can also find nepotism, castism, regionism, favorism,... Etc all types of negative isms here. I have no problem in this company. They gives us salary in time. Food and accommodation is also good but site to site it's depending upon there food culture.

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.
