I am working as Senior engineer in meil it's Very hard work , no timings waste company full mental pressure and torture from higher authorities only for site engineers no work satisfaction Cannot balance personal life,Can't allocate time for family, duty timings very high, no job security

Hikes never come on time if your lucky your 1 st hike can happen in 3-4 years also based on when you joined. Here employees are just treated as tools no respect for the employees from top level. I have no problem in this company. They gives us salary in time. Food and accommodation is also good but site to site it's depending upon there food culture.

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.
