I will explain point by point. 1.I was working as a HSE engineer in safety dept worked three years no increments so finally left. 2.If you are a North Indian you will face partiality, like in HR policy on site there is no deduction for telgu employees if they are on leave, but if you are north Indian yours will be deducted. Telgu people are having 50 and 60 leaves in there acount coz there leaves are getting managed by HR on site level. 3.HSE department is just for name you will be photo Grapher on site thats all. 4. Head office safety coordinators they also do partiality with north people they will force you to leave the company if you will ask for leave in some emergency or in health emergency issues., they talk only with telgu people on site even if there is a telugu steward they talk to steward instead of an engineer coz he is telgu. 5.Food quality is very poor as there food mess are running by there chacha, mama, tau,. 6.Good thing is Payment on time. 7. Almost all work Locations are in village areas. 8.There CTC dont match with salary slip. 9.Best place for telgu people worst for north Indians. 10.Organisation is BIG but still they are not following standards. 11.A lot of corruption in HR, AMG, and accounts dept. 12. Senior managements dont value safety department. You will feal a useless person at work place. 13.Near by home transfer policy is only for Telgu people as all safety coordinators are telgu and they are from long long time in the organization. They helps telgu employees in transfer near by there home. 14.Safety coordinators dont visit site they just working as a data entry operator. 15.I have seen in Megha at some sites HR person dont know hindi or English they talk only telgu even with a hindi employe. 16.Ok if you are in Need of money or job....Read More
