I worked there for more than a year. Initially things were good but gradually it got worse. No employee was given salary on time. Sometimes it took even two months. Highly poor management. No clear communication between employees and the employer. Nobody ever got their complete salary after resigning. The worst experience i ever had in my 12 years of work experience.

work satisfaction, because I literally love my job location of the organisation Skill development multitasking Flexibility

Dislikes

No fix timing unorganized system no manager,no hierarchy level, directly deal with org head No appreciation, no bonus,no benefit work struck because the system is not standardize and work instructions keep changing

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
