People who work here are very talented. They are from top notch MBA and engineering colleges. one gets to learn a lot from their peers. At the same time, people are very competitive.

Dislikes

1. Work culture 2. Respect for People: This is something that you won't find here 3. Job Security for some staff 4. Salary and Appraisal Many people join here thinking that it has high valuation but on joining they regret. On my conversation with many new joiners, have found that they feel overworked and start doubting themselves in just a few weeks.
