The org has superb employee-facing policies, which make working really comfortable. I love the fact that each individual is held completely accountable for their result areas and treated like an owner. The fact that we're allowed to speak our mind, even in leadership forums, makes us feel welcomed. The compensation is quite fair as per industry standards, but what makes it sweeter are policies like work from anywhere, infinite leaves, a year-long primary caregiver leave, extensive customer calls to understand the end-users better...the list just goes on!...Read More

Being a startup, there's a a lack of structure in a lot of areas, but we're hiring the right talent who can come and help us improve this over the next few months / years. Another area of concern can be visibility towards job stability. Being a start-up, and the global economy going through recessionary pressures, it'd help if we could get some visibility on the job stability / security.

I take care of scaling a new business in Meesho, so basically it's like working in a start-up inside a start-up. I have a lot of internal and external stakeholders which I have to manage, alongside scouting for the right talent
