Developers are very unskilled. They have a work culture of "survival of the fittest". Colleagues wrote bad reviews for other employees to make themselves look better than others. You work from 8 am of day1 to 4-6am of day2. No appraisal at all in last 3 years, saying that you should be greatful that you did not get fired. Firing happened 4 times in a year. Perform is evaluated every month. You can get fired any time No perks and benefits. Those are mentioned in our contract has been retracted. No leave encashment, no food, no relocation....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
