As a Fresher & 1 to2 years experience guy, you learn anymore thing like; *Man power Management *Batch Failure Management *Change Control *Deviations *Process Time Management *SOP Preparations *Speeding of Batch Production and many other shortcuts related to Job Description.

Dislikes

Honestly speaking. If you want to live your life happily, please don't refer/choice/consider this company. But if you ready to work hard at any shift timings & to learn many basic things related to your job & shortcuts, you may join at anytime. There is always vacancy in all departments at anytime!!!
