Their technology is good . Audio and video consultation was good and easy to handle . Freshers MBBS graduates can work and work life balance is good .

Dislikes

They dont pay salary on time . There are some glitches which makes difficult to consult patient . After resignation they take months to give documents . And management doesn't address our issues . There is no Career growth. .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
