This company is a living nightmare, and working here has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The management is not just bad—they are downright abusive. The bosses indulge in constant harassment, creating a toxic environment that wears you down mentally and emotionally. They seem to take pleasure in tormenting their employees instead of leading them. One of the most appalling practices here is their underhanded way of avoiding paying salaries. When payday approaches, they deliberately create hostile situations, forcing employees to resign or leave the organization so they can withhold payment. It's a cruel tactic that leaves people with no compensation for their hard work, making this place nothing short of a scam. Salaries are never paid on time, if at all, and this seems to be the norm rather than an exception. There are no basic amenities provided—don’t even expect a simple cup of tea. The company's hire-and-fire policy is ruthless, and job security is non-existent. You're constantly walking on eggshells, knowing that you could be dismissed without notice at any moment. The working hours are insane, officially from 10 AM to 8 PM, but you’re expected to stay late every single day without extra pay. Forget about any leave benefits—taking a day off is practically impossible, and even if you do, you face severe backlash from management. To make matters worse, there’s no team structure, so you’re left to fend for yourself. You’re overloaded with tasks, with no support or guidance, which only adds to the immense stress.
