Forget about any leave benefits—taking a day off is practically impossible, and even if you do, you face severe backlash from management. To make matters worse, there’s no team structure, so you’re left to fend for yourself. You’re overloaded with tasks, with no support or guidance, which only adds to the immense stress. The company seems to thrive on making their employees' lives miserable. In conclusion, this company is a complete disaster—financially, mentally, and emotionally draining.
