In training period they give 110% focus on you until you not reached to their requirements. Salary starts from day one.

There are lots of point for dislike. 1. They think you are slave for them. They have thought by giving you job, they donate money. 2. If you want to work for more than 12 hours in training period and also after that than only go their. 3. If you to want a job as an typewriter in court then you should try in Meditab. Because their is non sense rule to increase your typing speed more then 55 word per minute.(Any excuse not acceptable). They don't think you should have logic for programming only and only typing just typing. 4. There is 4 year bond of 1.5 lakh which deducted from your every salary (20% of each salary). 5. They offers you free food and ice-cream. But if you want to eat food then you should practice jail foods because they brought from their. You can report food taste but there will be no change. 6. You have to count every minute of your work by put logs in their website. When you stand up from your sheet, when you go to lunch etc. 7. If you want to increase your salary then you should be die hard shoe leacker. Because from upper level they set this type of mythology. 8. Team lead meeting should be company growth as well as employee growth but in team lead meeting they only discuss how can we get more and more from our employee. 9. They take interview of every fresher after one month of employment to ask them in which team you want to go. But it's just an formalities. Because they put dumb people in development department and talented people into QA, deployment, automation and outdated programming language " Power builder". 10. They only hire freshers so that they can get as max as possible from them. Because they don't argue with higher authority and they can do it in lower lost.(90% of meditab employees are 0 - 2.5 year experienced.) 11. Restrict 8 hrs rule ( checkin and checkout) No appropriate appraisal ( I got an appraisal of 4% ). No work life balance. I see people working 15 hrs with no extra pay.
