Not at all good, Manager thinks that he owns all people working there, Even upper Management Depth and blind, they don't care whether people are working either they're happy or not, decisions are being overidden by manager, He thinks that he's feeding people and people should obey him but it's not true, people can leave anytime if they're not respected. I've many things to add though

If you are even right on your place though you need to follow Manager though he's wrong, so people are treated as puppet. Have many words to tell

Restrict 8 hrs rule ( checkin and checkout) No appropriate appraisal ( I got an appraisal of 4% ). No work life balance. I see people working 15 hrs with no extra pay.
