I liked the idea of the company to serve in biomedical line and some teammates are very supportive and good.

Dislikes

Management and work culture is not so good...need some improvements and transparency.company should add games and mind relaxing activities to keep calm and good mental health of employees .and career growth is poor and there is a lot of politics.

The job is quite interesting if you have patience and knowledge to handle it ! I struggled a bit I'm a begging as there was no formal training session.i got a chance to be more responsible and had to play different roles with same team.

staff compensation is good at all thy dont want to keep good staff if he complete 2year means by luck bcz the firm doesnt interested to kep such stff bc of payment once he rech upto 25thosand above thy r not ready and sys that thy will run with fresher.even though i completed 1year and 8 months .in 8month how i manages my family i only know thy dont gv salary in time it will go upto date20or23or18.all people in hyderabad know the cost of living .infrm thigher authority no use.i felt that y i hv done nursing its suicidal one side house owner asking fr rent.other side hospital is neutral.regarding increment frm my completion of one year am hearing i will get .8month passed i dont get....Read More
