There is a good scope for learning & also training.No politics is here.The salary is good but not enough as we do.Moderatly good.

Salary is good but increment is not enough.And sometime our thinkings & ideas is not granted by the company.

Work Details

Playing a roll as a customer support engineer.In between it doing x ray machine all types of break down,maintenance & all.Also doing a special roll as Radiation Safety Officer and doing x ray machine quality control.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
