Medibuddy have a good environment with fun and challenging tasks which encourage us to grow and good opportunities are provided for freshers in other teams but not in INSURANCE OPS TEAM in Bangalore branch

There is no TEAM LEAD to guide a fresher, I won’t tell there is no support aTEAM LEAD and ASSISTANT MANAGER (julie Jagadish) will help and support you but only if you act on there command and play the game on their rule, one can’t be open on their ideas because if your TL and AM think you are smarter or good than them in some work they start to target you and put you down in every work you do especially in Operations team, it’s been a year working in medibuddy in operations team 3 of my senior colleagues have left the job only because of (JULIE JAGADISH) ASSIGNMENT MANAGER the was she treat employees and put them down who want to grow high in their career, now due to her behaviour and pressure I left medibuddy...Read More
