Every people think us like slave ...nursing staff have no value , seniors give you work and no respect , work is like gda and housekeeping, even they didnt give you permission to go home after your shift they will say to stay untill all staff handover finish...duty time is no matter according to them .....all over bkwas hospital please dont go there.

Bro, I’m at a loss about where to start. I haven’t seen such a beautiful hospital infrastructure anywhere in India. But at the same time, I’ve never encountered such a horrible nursing staff. If you’re thinking of coming here, you better be prepared for a few things: 1. The work culture for nurses is terrible in every possible way. 2. Your seniors may not know much, but you’ll still have to follow their lead. 3. The nursing director lacks basic skills. Her decision making is awful she only likes those who flatter her. It doesn’t matter to her if someone is practical, skilled, and well-educated because, honestly, I doubt her own educational background. 4. Lastly, when you approach HR for help, they’ll throw up their hands too. They’re HR in name only, and the policies are nonsense. You won’t get any support. Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .

Nice Hospital and good environment. Patient care is the top most priority. Great cafeteria for Doctors.

Nuclear Medicine Department of this Hospital is pathetic kindly do not apply in that department. The department is managed by Dr.Manas Sahoo and he is a pathetic human being and also a womaniser as he always prefer female doctors. Apart from this Medanta- The Medicity is a great place to work.
