The culture and the way employees are treated, and also there is no job security. Talent is not appreciated and it is all about the top management's whims and fancies. The work life balance is great. Salary is provided on time and good benefits for foreign employees.

Dislikes

Too much office politics and bureaucracy and to a certain extent, does not honour the contract.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
